Government fee and disbursement are excluded. 

Note 2

When we act as your Registered Office, we will receive all mail from Companies Registry, Government and other official notices, letters and reminders.  We will inform you to pick up or send to you by courier at your expense. Any other mail will be returned to sender, unless you have taken our Mail Forwarding service.

Note 3

The service includes scanning of mail and emailing to client's assigned email account. The initial setup price for the service is HK$200 which includes deposit and the first 20 mails' handling fees.  Once your credit is running low, we will email you to purchase a top up  of HK$200 or more depending on the actual mailing volumn.  Failure to purchase a top up will mean we will not send you your mail once your credit has run out, and all mail will be returned to sender.

Note 4

We will handle only small volumn of mail for client under this service.  For mail over 20 per month, we will send all the mail to client once a month by courier and charge at actual courier cost plus 20% handling fee per delivery.
